Frances Unisex Cuban Shirt, Rich Olive Green
A unique take on the classic Cuban shirt styling, the Frances Shirt in this beautifully rich olive green, has a structured fluidity that brings an elegance to this relaxed style. A unisex fit, this easy short sleeve shirt is cut to suit both the male and female frame. This softly textured blend of viscose, linen and cotton has a luxe light slub running through the cloth; on the reverse side inside the shirt the back of the cloth is a satin, which feels beautifully silky against the skin, and gives a subtle contrast when you roll the sleeves back.
Trimmed with charming milky Codelite® buttons, and finished with the Saywood signature embroidered flower on the chest pocket. The Frances Shirt will continue to surprise you with its hidden inside pocket that leaves a subtle top stitching on the opposite side of the chest, perfectly balancing this piece.
Match back with your wardrobe or enjoy the full co-ord look with the matching Bessie Shorts.

Wash less, love always
We recommend hanging your shirt to air outdoors, rather than washing after every wear. This way, it will last longer and also have a lower environmental impact. Spot clean marks with warm soapy water, and when it does need a wash, follow our care advice:
- Machine wash 30 degrees
- Wash with similar colours
- Medium iron
- Do not bleach
- Do not tumble dry
A note on our cotton and Codelite® buttons
The Frances Shirt is handmade in London at Apparel Tasker, just down the road from the Saywood studio, keeping our carbon footprint minimal. Our textured olive cloth is from designer deadstock, bought through Fabric House, an Italian supplier who helps ensure surplus cloth from fashion houses gets repurposed. We’ve used Codelite® for our buttons, a natural material made from casein, a protein derived from milk. Codelite® is also biodegradable, which means your shirt’s impact on the environment once it reaches the end of its lifecycle will be reduced further.
